For concerns regarding shipment and/or tracking and delivery please contact the transportation company to coordinate your delivery. Tracking details will be provided to you along with the name of the delivery company through the email provided. If the transportation company marks your package as undeliverable, it will then be sent back to our Lab. At this point we will cancel the order upon reception of the item and issue a refund within 10 business days. If your attempts of reaching the carrier fail, please select Where's My Package and submit a screenshot of your conversations or attempts to contact the carrier.
